Bayer is seeking a Sales Analyst Co‑Op in Whippany, NJ to pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data and develop clear data‑driven recommendations for decision making across Sales Strategy, Marketing and Field Sales.

The six‑month role requires 40 hours per week, hybrid work 3 days in the office, and starts January 2027. You are pursuing a BA in Business or Marketing, must be eligible to work in the US, and have strong analytics, collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
• Willing to commit to a full 6‑month Co‑op, working 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Proficient in Windows apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiar with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data to support business decisions.
• Develop clear, data‑driven recommendations based on analysis of data from various sources.
• Provide analytical and operational support to the team to enhance and improve business results.
• Communicate results, insights, and suggestions to stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with BCH colleagues across Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales.
• Contribute to special projects and presentations that showcase findings and recommendations.
