What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage data entry in retailer portals and trade systems, ensuring timely and accurate inputs
- Upload and validate customer contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements
- Support National Account Managers by preparing customer-facing presentations and updating data and systems
- Maintain sales trackers, dashboards, and business performance tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to pricing, deductions, or data discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, trade, or commercial support, preferably in the CPG sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with systems like SAP, Telus, and BEX
- Experience with syndicated data tools, such as Nielsen and Circana/IRI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or commercial support
- Proven experience entering and validating promotional or contract data in systems such as Telus
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
