Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Sales Analyst for a Recent Graduate – Summer 2027 start. Based in Mason, OH or other U.S. locations, you will analyze data to uncover opportunities and support category/brand initiatives that drive merchandising and pricing decisions.

You will work with internal partners and field sales teams to develop insights, create reporting, and help grow retailers’ product categories through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of CPG experience or equivalent analytical experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship.
• BS/BA degree or MBA/Masters degree.

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with internal business partners and field sales stakeholders to drive the business.
• Drive inclusion and diversity of experience, gender, ethnicity and thought in the organization.
• Gather data across platforms and develop key reports to monitor performance and trends.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and proactively communicate with the team.
• Manage projects for category/brand to identify opportunities to drive the business.
• Support and organize sales input processes for business plans and releases.
• Assist sales reps on business unit innovation projects and related tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline current processes.
