Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Central Team Sales Analyst to support the Central Team sellers and their client base with program execution and account management needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills and comfort being client-facing if needed, with proficiency in NPIP, Circana and Excel to build brand health reports and provide data-driven recommendations for budget opportunities.

• Must be comfortable supporting the Central Team and client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of post-analysis and assist with pre-planning processes.
• Manage DI reporting to drive data-driven recommendations and program optimization.
• Analyze data to craft a selling story and identify incremental budget opportunities.
• Create post-program recaps with insights across IS and DI; partner with insights to validate data.
• Pull store-level data from Circana and build brand KPIs and health reports.
• Build slides for Sales teams to outline best practices for NRS tactics.
• Monitor market/shopper patterns to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Digital Support, Sales, and Client Insight teams.
