The Sales Analyst, Walmart US & Mexico supports the sales organization through accurate reporting, item and cost maintenance, pricing and deduction support, new-item creation, and cross-functional coordination. This role analyzes point-of-sale and market share data, maintains data integrity across internal and Walmart platforms, and enables informed decision-making and operational efficiency for the Walmart US and Mexico businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and distribute weekly point-of-sale reporting, including sales trends, performance insights, and business risks
- Compile and analyze Walmart US and Mexico sales and market share reporting
- Pull US return-rate and Return analyze data to identify trends and support issue resolution
- Investigate purchase-order pricing and system discrepancies with internal cross-functional partners
- Manage internal and Walmart new-item creation and ongoing item maintenance processes
- Maintain accurate item and cost information across internal systems and Walmart platforms
- Complete and support Walmart QMS quotes, form population, and Supplier One requirements
- Research deduction discrepancies and assist with supporting documentation and resolution
- Coordinate sample tags and sample-tracking requests to support sales managers and customer needs
- Partner daily with the sales team to understand priorities and provide effective business supportNavigate Retail Link, Item 360 (i360), QMS, Scintilla, and Supplier One for account execution
- Maintain data integrity and improve reporting, processes, and standardized tools where appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of sales analysis, retail analytics, or customer-support experience
- Walmart Retail Link, Item 360 (i360), QMS, Scintilla, or Supplier One experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales, market share, and shopper data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI experience is a plus
