agriCAREERS, INC. is recruiting a Sales Agronomist to drive sales of agronomy products and services in Iowa and surrounding regions.

You will work with producers to optimize fertilizer programs, interpret soil data, and deliver high-quality customer service while building a strong sales pipeline. The role requires a BS in Agriculture or CCA with 3–5+ years in agronomy and sales, strong communication, and the ability to analyze data to support fertilizer recommendations.

Competenze

• BS in Ag and/or CCA required.
• 3–5+ years in agronomy and sales experience.
• Ability to analyze data and build fertilizer recommendations.
• Ability to interpret soil tests and nutrient maps.

Mansioni

• Sell fertilizer, chemicals, seed and agronomy services to producers.
• Utilize excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
• Listen to customers and resolve complaints.
• Help develop, build and support the team.
• Identify and call on customers and prospects.
