True North Group LLC. is hiring a Sales Agent Trainee to join a territory sales team. In this role you will meet with individuals and teams in person, present insurance products, and build your own client pipeline with mentorship.

We provide training, a weekly draw, and an uncapped commission plan designed to reward performance. You must obtain a Health and Life Insurance license after onboarding, with licensing fee reimbursement offered after a job offer.
