Position Details

Start Date: August 11, 2025 (Monday)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Office Address: 2010 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702

Compensation: $50,000 + unlimited commission + benefits

This is a 100% onsite role. Paid training is provided. We Insure will cover license testing fees for new agents. Hired agents must obtain a Property and Casualty License in Texas post-hire as a condition of employment.

Your Impact

You will prospect, cross-sell, and produce new property and casualty insurance policies, while also handling renewals. Your work will directly help clients find the best insurance coverage for their needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of carrier products to recommend appropriate coverage
  • Assist inbound and outbound calls at the Austin Sales Center
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through lead generation, referrals, and cross-selling
  • Build a network of clients via outreach, meetings, and social media
  • Re-shop and rewrite existing policies as needed
  • Enter client data into the Agency Management System and follow up on activities
  • Maintain courteous relationships with clients, colleagues, carriers, and contacts
  • Communicate sales opportunities, customer concerns, and suggestions to leadership

Candidate Requirements

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and coachable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience as a Sales or Customer Service Representative (1-3 years preferred)
  • Comfort with computers and new technologies
  • Ability to develop client-focused solutions and build relationships
  • Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty License in Texas (we support testing fees if needed)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

This role requires onsite presence at our Austin office, five days a week.
