Auto Club Enterprises in New York seeks a motivated Sales Agent to join our team and drive growth. You will source leads, qualify prospects, and network to build a profitable book of business while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers strong earning potential: base hourly pay, with uncapped commissions after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and 401(k). Training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Strong organization skills and good computer literacy.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen completion required.

• Sales experience highly preferred

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
