Pronto Insurance in Texas City seeks motivated Sales Agents. Compensation: hourly base pay plus commission; fully paid training; licensing covered. No prior insurance experience required.

Schedule is full-time; licenses are supported throughout the process. Travel to other local offices within the region may be needed, with English/Spanish customer service focus. Provide excellent service, identify client needs, process changes, and drive sales using company leads and outbound calls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing materials and building relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits, with required paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
