Job summary

AAA in California is seeking a motivated Sales Agent Trainee to join our growing team. You will develop leads, source prospects, and build a strong network to drive sales.

After completing training, successful full-time Agents earn between $99,600 and $121,700 annually, with uncapped commissions when goals are exceeded.

The role offers comprehensive benefits, paid training, and the chance to advance within a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Our Sales Agent Trainees start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
