Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking energetic sales professionals to source leads, prospect, and network to build a profitable business. You will communicate effectively, meet monthly goals, and provide outstanding customer service to retain members.

Starting hourly pay is $28.85 with comprehensive paid training. After training, top performers can earn substantial annual compensation through uncapped commissions, with earning potential around six figures depending on sales results.

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
