Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After training, full-time agents meeting sales goals earn on average $99,600–$121,700 annually, with uncapped commissions for exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
