Job summary

AAA is seeking a Sales Agent in Morgantown, WV to drive revenue through lead generation, prospecting, and networking. You will communicate effectively with clients and teammates to meet monthly targets while delivering outstanding service and building retention.

The role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a pension plan to support long-term career growth within Auto Club Enterprises.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
