ACSC Auto Club Of Southern Calif is looking for a Sales Agent in California with ambition, initiative, and a winning attitude. The role offers $100K+ earning potential, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including a pension plan.

Your responsibilities include sourcing leads, networking, communicating effectively, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining retention while building a profitable business. Training supports growth and uncapped commissions accompany performance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background check, credit check and drug screen completed.

Your success will require you to:

Qualifications:

Our Sales Agent Trainees start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
