Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent in San Diego to drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes initiative, communication, and consistent attainment of monthly sales targets.

Starting hourly rate is $28.85 with full-time employment and comprehensive benefits including pensions, tuition assistance, and wellness programs. Training is provided to succeed in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.

• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
