Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a driven Sales Agent with strong networking skills to source leads, prospect effectively, and close opportunities. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage retention, and contribute to a growing, profitable sales effort in a large national club.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals. Remarkable benefits:
