Job summary

AAA is seeking energetic Sales Agents in the United States to source leads, prospect, and network to meet and exceed monthly goals. You will communicate effectively, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to high retention. Training is provided, with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Starting hourly rate is $23.08 with annual earnings between $90,300 and $110,400 for those meeting goals; full-time positions include comprehensive benefits and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen may be required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $23.08. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $90,300 - $110,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
