Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless retail environment. You will deliver outstanding customer service, understand customer needs, and suggest tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.

As part of the Mobilelink family, you’ll support store operations, help drive sales, and participate in community events or promotions. A background in retail is helpful, with opportunities for growth and a career path in leadership.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
