Qualifications

• Clear communication and friendly demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills and integrity.
• Able to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lives within 30 minutes of the store and able to travel to multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or promotional activities to support growth.
