Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet guests in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Stay knowledgeable and proactive about new promotions, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks, including filing paperwork, communicating with management, and resolving issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
• Use time management skills, arrive on time, open the store properly, close it securely, and ensure all sensitive items are protected.
• Advocate for customers with authenticity and enthusiasm.
• Be part of a collaborative, game‑changing Cricket store team.

• Work with peers and store leaders to share best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience; experience in wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Management experience is not required but preferred for future advancement into store management or ownership.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, point‑of‑sale systems, and cash handling.
