Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Yakima, WA, is seeking a proactive Wireless Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service while promoting wireless plans and devices. You will greet customers, learn promos, process transactions, and support store operations with accuracy and urgency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; high school diploma or GED; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Management experience is not required, but preferred for moving further into store management/ownership.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
