Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is hiring wireless sales representatives focused on customer service and retention. You will greet customers, learn promos, manage store displays, and handle POS transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

We value coachability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to staying informed about policy updates. Weekend and holiday availability is often required to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in retail sales or customer service; wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience with wireless brands and promotions is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, proactive service approach.
• Stay knowledgeable on current promos, price changes and policy updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays comply with standards.
• Perform POS transactions and cash handling accurately.
• Participate in outside sales events and promotions.
• Open/close store and secure sensitive items as required.
