Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates to assist customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays compliant with standards.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash, and resolve issues with management guidance.
• Represent Cricket in a professional, confident manner during promotions and events.
