Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless dealer, is seeking ambitious wireless consultants to join our team in North Carolina. You will deliver outstanding customer service, explain promos and price changes, and drive sales while retaining customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions with POS systems, maintaining store standards, and supporting management with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn promos, pricing changes, and policies promptly.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, team-based store environment.
