Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Advocate to join Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer. The role offers a base salary plus commissions with unlimited earning potential and a defined career path.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, tailor wireless solutions, and support store operations while aiming to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Hours include evenings, weekends and holidays; benefits cover health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the home store.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:

• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposesof inventory and stocking.
