Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate in Springfield, IL to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers. You will support store operations, help customers select the right Cricket Wireless plans, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will participate in training, follow company policies, and have opportunities for bonus payouts based on sales performance. A reliable commute and flexible availability are required.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment.
