• Support omnichannel sales initiatives , including Click & Collect, Seek & Send, and in-store digital tools
• Handle client requests and feedback professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed
• Maintain the store's presentation and organization, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas, to meet brand standards
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash operations in compliance with company policies
• Take initiative on the sales floor, supporting team members and helping maintain smooth operations
