Vapor Lounge in Washington state is seeking a Sales Advisor to help customers choose devices and e-liquids, explain benefits of vaping, and assist transitions from tobacco.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, enroll them in rewards, and handle POS transactions while keeping the store inviting and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes teamwork, learning new products quickly, and contributing to promotional campaigns.

SUMMARY: Sales Advisor’s utilize their superior customer service skills and extensive knowledge of our products (devices & e-liquid) to assist our customers in identifying the best product(s) to meet their vaping needs. Sales Advisor’s educate our customers regarding the benefits of vaping and assist our customers in transitioning from traditional tobacco products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Welcome and greet customers. Provide a superior customer service experience through demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively.Continually learn about products to provide accurate information to customers about features, pricing, and return policies. Answer customer questions, recommend products and address customer concerns or issues.Educate and enroll customers into our rewards program.Effectively utilize the point-of-sale system to capture inventory sold and discounts applied.
