Vape City is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them through products, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience with excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is punctual, reliable, and skilled at building relationships while helping guests and supporting daily store operations.

• Welcoming and engaging with customers
• Directing customers to merchandise
• Exercising product knowledge

• Drafting and submitting a variety of reports
• Stocking showcases and noting inventory levels
• Contributing to daily sales goals and increasing sales
• Operating cash registers, managing transactions, and balancing drawers
• Cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing during low foot traffic
