Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing, for Sony, seeks a Sales Advisor to support Best Buy stores in Flower Mound and Lewisville. You’ll engage shoppers with live demonstrations and expert recommendations that showcase Sony’s premium TVs and audio products.

This full-time, 30-hour-per-week role pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour, includes quarterly bonuses, paid training, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life and prescription coverage, on top of a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in consumer electronics or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Reliable transportation to local Best Buy stores in Flower Mound/Lewisville.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with using devices for reporting and demos.

Responsibilities

• Delight store associates and customers with engaging Sony demos.
• Help customers make informed decisions with expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Post-shift reporting with photos to communicate feedback.

Schedule and Location:

• 30 hours per week; Friday-Monday - 11:00am-7:00pm
