Job summary

ActionLink is hiring at a Best Buy store in Covington, LA. You will engage customers with exciting Sony demos, advise on home theater gear, and drive weekly sales targets. Training is provided, and you will report back with post-shift surveys and photos.

Role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Reliable transportation to the store is needed, with weekly pay through a W2 arrangement and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in consumer electronics or retail.
• Strong engagement with customers and ability to recommend products.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Share enthusiasm for Sony products and demonstrate features to customers.
• Provide effective engagement strategies and recommend home theater gear.
• Close sales and help meet weekly targets and store goals.
• Educate and train store personnel to share Sony knowledge confidently.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to capture feedback.
