Job summary

S%C3%A9zane is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join the Seaport Boston team. You will represent the brand in store, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining product knowledge and store operations.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in fashion retail or related customer service roles, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible schedules and weekend availability are required to support store needs.

• Flexible schedule is preferred and open availability on weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.
