Job summary

Rafih Auto Group in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a professional Sales Advisor to engage clients and guide them through vehicle purchases, delivering a memorable buying experience.

You will present vehicle attributes, explain options, and follow up to build lasting relationships with customers and prospects while meeting sales targets. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, store policies, and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management systems
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• Use social media platforms to showcase personal deliveries.

SALES ADVISOR
