Job summary

LUV Carwash is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate to drive sales of company membership passes at our Carterville location. You will educate customers on promotions and memberships while building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities include promoting passes, meeting sales targets, and maintaining positive customer interactions. Overtime, benefits, and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

• Must have proven track record in membership sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Essential Functions

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
