Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent experience.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Educate referral sources on facility services.
• Coordinate admitting process for new residents.
• Balance healthcare knowledge with sales, marketing and administrative duties.
• Communicate with residents, families and staff with compassion.
