Job summary

Silver Wings Aerospace is seeking a Sales Administrator in Homestead/Princeton, FL. This on-site, full-time role supports the sales team from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and involves RFQ management, market research, and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Word, and fluency in English with Spanish as a plus. Weekend rotation may be required for AOG coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly.
• Ability to establish and maintain relations with a wide range of vendors and customers.
• Computer skills – MS-Excel, Word; English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to RFQs via email or telephone.
• Perform market research on new and existing products.
• Monitor quote activity and provide customer updates as needed.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and capabilities.
• Complete sales order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation. Including: obtaining purchase order acknowledgments from suppliers.
• Assist sales and product management with reports and data and provide technical information as needed.
• Ability to work weekends (AOG rotation staff).
• Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for supporting the sales team with daily sales quota. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm.

• Analyze and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) via email or telephone.
• Perform market research on new and existing products.
• Monitor quote activity and progression and provide customer updates as needed.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and capabilities.
• Completes sales order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation. Including: obtaining purchase order acknowledgments from suppliers.
• Assist sales and product management with reports and data and provide technical information as needed.
