Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Sales Administrator for our direct client in the insurance industry. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity based onsite at the client’s Deer Park, IL headquarters. The Sales Administrator is one of the most relied-upon roles in the sales organization — the person who keeps a team of producers and a Director of Sales operating at full capacity by owning calendars, CRM accuracy, proposal preparation, and cross-team coordination.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This is a high-visibility, high-trust role for someone who takes pride in being the most organized person in the room and finds real satisfaction in the precision and follow-through that keeps a high-performing team moving. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will help maintain the day-to-day operating rhythm of the sales organization. The scope of this role expands as the team grows — headcount is expected to increase by at least 20% each year — making this a position with real runway for the right person.
