Job summary

CaptiveAire is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support a busy Tampa sales office. The role focuses on subcontracting coordination, freight tracking, scheduling, and general sales support to assist the sales engineers and office team.

Qualifications include an Associates degree in Business or equivalent administrative experience, strong computer and organizational skills, and familiarity with MAC.

• Submittals and general sales support as needed. No design work to be included.
• Contact database management/ CRM and assignment.

Summary: This position will be working out of a busy sales office in Tampa supporting sales engineers with our growing company.
