Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration Clerk to support store operations by handling administrative tasks and assisting customers with tire and wheel purchases. You will greet customers, gather needs, prepare quotes, and help with sales while following company policies and the Code of Conduct.

In this role you will assist in store accounting and bookkeeping, support the Les Schwab credit program, help manage inventory, and coordinate merchandise pickups.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
