Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) role to assist customers, support store operations, and contribute to tire and wheel sales. The position emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate processing, and adherence to company policies and code of conduct.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting products, assisting with store accounting and inventory, and supporting the credit program, while promoting sales and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and continuous standing/walking.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
