Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration clerical and sales support role. The position handles store administration, assists in tire and wheel sales, and delivers excellent customer service in line with company policies and conduct.

The role involves greeting customers, answering questions, providing quotes, and supporting credit programs and inventory control. On-site work with opportunities for incentive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise and vehicle services
• Providing quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program
• Assists with store inventory and merchandise pickup as required
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales
