Job summary

Financial Independence Group in North Carolina is seeking a Sales Associate to provide critical sales, marketing, and administrative support to the assigned Sales Hub. This role acts as a central point of organization and is the first impression for agents and partners interacting with FIG.

You will work closely with SVP and VP of Sales for your hub, supporting recruitment efforts, organizing ideas, and ensuring accurate and timely support across teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortability with data entry, systems, and learning new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, marketing, and administrative support to the assigned Sales Hub and act as a central point of organization.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and data entry in the FIG CRM system to keep leaders and agents organized.
• Create reports and spreadsheets (e.g., top agent lists, activity tracking) and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a reliable contact for agents, answer inquiries, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Learn FIG systems and identify opportunities to improve workflows and team effectiveness.
