Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• occasional lifting up to 20 pounds

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers and discussing needs related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists with the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
