Responsibilities

• Greet customers; discuss needs and answer questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and services.
• Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to qualified staff when needed.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping; administer Les Schwab credit program.
• Assist with store inventory and with picking up merchandise and parts.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer wants and refer accordingly.
