Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) to assist in store accounting, support tire and wheel sales, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves greeting customers, answering questions about merchandise, providing quotes, and supporting credit and inventory processes in a fast-paced store.

The position emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and teamwork, with benefits available for eligible full-time employees.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
