Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss needs; answer questions about merchandise and vehicle repairs; provide quotes and refer to qualified staff as needed.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; administer Les Schwab credit program; help manage store inventory and merchandise pickups.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer wants and needs and refer to other team members as necessary.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accurate records and adherence to company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold the Code of Conduct.
• Ensure proper stocking and assistance with daily store operations as required.
