Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discuss needs and answer questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and related issues; provide quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping; assists with credit program administration.
• Assists with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
