What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market to achieve sales goals
- Prepare action plans for effective lead generation and market penetration
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activities, and contract balances
- Provide timely and competitive pricing to customers while maintaining profit margins
- Engage with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical discipline; an MBA or related advanced degree is desirable
- Minimum of four (4) years of successful sales experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically with proteins
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, including decision-makers
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
