What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market to achieve sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Initiate and coordinate plans to penetrate new markets according to the strategic roadmap
- Provide timely and competitive pricing on completed prospect applications to maintain maximum profit margin
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline; MBA or related advanced degree desirable
- Minimum of four (4) years of successful sales experience with proteins in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of building relationships with key customers for Plant Proteins
- Strong problem recognition and resolution skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and management skills

- Experience in ingredient and/or flavor sales
- Advanced MS Office skills and established relationships within the industry
- Motivated and self-directed sales professional with the ability to operate within guidelines
- Aptitude for both teamwork and autonomous work
